Correct me if I am wrong but Teri also has a very highly recruited big from Indy whose sister I believe plays for Iowa coming in. And I am sorry but I cannot remember the young lady’s name who sat out with knee injury this year also could be a major contributor.

And it seems crazy that with out programs success and support that these deficiencies can’t be remedied.

We do mot need a five star MAC clone . We need a few big rugged ladies who can shit block , rebound and stop us from getting pushed around inside by athletic teams.

I hope Teri gets it done.

Listening to the seniors speeches on You Tube made it obvious what great kids we have in the program.

She does have a recruit coming in from Indy area who is highest ranked player directly out of High School in program history. However, her sister Riley Makalusky is at Butler. AJ Guyton's daughter is at Iowa and she does not have a sister ready to come to IU.

Maya Makalusky is coming to IU and is more of the Sydney Parrish mold with speed and great shooting as a wing but not terribly athletic. A player like that will definitely help you but does not solve the athleticism problem.

Caffey on the other hand is a more athletic slashing guard that ranks 20 spots lower in the recruiting rankings. However, her skillset is much more unique to anything we have seen in Moren era. Caffey is basically Chloe Moore-McNeil on steroids with more athleticism and driving ability which this squad needs.
