Welcome to another edition of 6-Banner Sunday, a joint production between The Assembly Call and Inside the Hall, and presented by our friends at Homefield Apparel, where we highlight the five most essential IU basketball stories of the past week, plus take a look at how the other IU sports programs are doing.
As the basketball season draws ever closer, the final unknown pieces of the schedule were revealed. This included times and television info for the games in 2024-2025 and details about Hoosier Hysteria.
Besides this, readers will find recruiting updates, Inside the Hall announcements, and weekly shows. We will as usual conclude with a look at other IU sports led by men’s soccer winning twice.
In a brief story, the NCAA announced changes to the transfer portal window.

OK I'll admit it. I'm an 80 year old bball fan from New Castle. You know. The place with the big high school gym. Also, as I'm sure you already know, there has been a player from New Castle on 4OUR of the 5IVE IU national championship basketball teams. Two were first team All-Americans. New Castle, has always been known as an IU town, until Mason Gillis went to Purdue (all the while thinking he was going to be a national champion too! DIDN'T HAPPEN AND CAN'T HAPPEN. Gold and black does not mix well with the word CHAMPION............. MAYBE AT THE RAPTURE
