In Wednesday night’s tilt with Northwestern, Indiana started slow but found themselves ahead by six going into the break. In fact, Northwestern went into halftime without making a field goal in the final ten minutes of the half.
It looked like a game Indiana could run away with if their defense stayed solid.
As we all know, that wasn’t the case.
The Hoosiers surrendered nine second-half 3s to the Wildcats and lost by nine points, bringing Mike Woodson’s record against Northwestern to 0-5.
