In Wednesday night’s tilt with Northwestern, Indiana started slow but found themselves ahead by six going into the break. In fact, Northwestern went into halftime without making a field goal in the final ten minutes of the half.

It looked like a game Indiana could run away with if their defense stayed solid.

As we all know, that wasn’t the case.

The Hoosiers surrendered nine second-half 3s to the Wildcats and lost by nine points, bringing Mike Woodson’s record against Northwestern to 0-5.

In today’s film room, I dive into the nine Northwestern 3s and discuss two themes I saw with Indiana’s defense and how they let Northwestern get open on the perimeter.
