The 2023-24 AC Mediocre Over-Under Extravaganza Contest
Our hosts went on the record, now it's your turn! Submit your over-under picks and compete against other AC community members for gear from Homefield Apparel.
If you caught this week’s edition of AC Radio, you know that we thoroughly enjoyed getting to debate and discuss the 16 over-unders presented to us by ChatMob Hall of Famer, mediocre mailbag question asker, occasional guest host, good friend, and eternal
late-night-at-the-bars-in-Bloomington-debate-partner, Jay Horrey. Here are the over-unders Jay presented to us, along with our picks and the cumulative choices of the ChatMobbers who were present for the live show.
And now, for the first time, it’s your turn!
While Andy smartly went to sleep, Coach stumbled around Delphi in search of pie, and Ryan desperately searched for a compelling topic to write about after that awful Bears-Panthers Thursday night game (he found it!), I stayed up late after the show listening to music* while putting together this Google Form where you can submit your over-under picks for our first annual AC Mediocre Over-Under Extravaganza Contest.
The winner at season’s end gets to choose any item from our friends at Homefield Apparel.
Note: you have to submit your picks by tip of the Army game on Sunday night. At that point, I’m turning off responses to the form. There will be no reminders emailed and no exceptions, so make sure you get your picks in.
(I made my picks on the show, so you know where I stand. All I’m going to say is: if you try to “win” by making pessimistic choices about the team-oriented questions, shame on you.)
Okay, here is the link to the Google Form. Do your best, and may the most optimistic IU fan among us end up being the winner!
If you have any comments or questions, or especially if you encounter any problems with the form, please submit a comment below.
Talk to you on Sunday night for the IU-Army postgame show!
*BTW, ever heard this song? This is what I was listening to while writing this. My neighbor turned me on to this band. (He’s a Mizzou fan, so I’ve been giving him the scoop on Scoop.) It’s great late-night listening.
Love the song! Came across it on YouTube music last year using the discovery mode.
