Banner #1: Hoosiers Announce Time For Kentucky Matchup
With the full schedule now out, some games are now being assigned a time and TV network. The latest of these was announced for the Kentucky matchup.
These team’s long-standing rivalry was discontinued after the “Wat Shot” in 2012, and this year will mark the first regular season matchup since that legendary moment. The beginning of a four-game series in as many years starts in Lexington on Saturday, November 13, at 7:30 pm on ESPN.
Banner #2: Recruiting Update
Some updates on recruiting occurred for both men’s and women’s basketball this week. On the men’s side, the Hoosiers offered a top prospect for 2027 in Jeremy Jenkins Jr.
Meanwhile, on the women’s side, Teri Moren is quickly putting together the best class in program history for 2026. The latest commit was GiGi Battle, who is the third top-60 player for that class amongst four overall.

Inside the Hall continued its series previewing all the teams in the Big Ten. This week, Wisconsin, Oregon, USC, and Michigan State were broken down.
Banner #4: Football Edges Iowa To Remain Perfect
While 6-Banner is a basketball-focused column, the success of IU football in 2024 has led to unprecedented excitement amongst the fan base and increased media coverage for the program. As a result, 6-Banner, Assembly Call, The Back Home Network, and Inside the Hall are providing more coverage of the Hoosier squad on the gridiron now.
After Indiana dominated top-10 Illinois, which moved the Hoosiers up in the polls, an even tougher test awaited this week. Led, though by Heisman-contending quarterback Fernando Mendoza, Indiana went on the road and edged Iowa in a slugfest 20-15 to improve to 5-0.
Conference play continues two weeks from yesterday with another blockbuster. The Cream and Crimson will have their second road game of 2025 when they head to Oregon.

The item of the week for this week is the new “Hurryin’ Hoosiers” snapback hat. Both
Jerod Morris and Tony Adragna have it, and can attest to its quality and fit.
Plus, how cool is it to have an item celebrating the great teams under Branch McCracken?
Banner #5: Weekly Shows
Inside the Hall’s Podcast On The Brink returned this week. On it, the recently retired Rick Bozich discussed IU basketball and football.
The Back Home Network was on air many times this week as new shows have been added recently. Assembly Call, Big Red Carpet, CrimsonCASH, Crimson Cast, Doing The Work, Dribble Drive, and Football Weather all had episodes over the last few days.
