Thanks Tony, I really appreciate the new format. Your insight and delivery is very helpful to me as I consume the game. Wish you were around 38 years ago when I got my first season tickets.
Do these players, what in the world do these players see in film, do they study, are they being coached. To me I say they are not getting coached. If they were you’ be seeing guys get pulled for such bonehead defense!
Communication on switching is bad, and hedging is another problem area. But your first two clips involved long rebounds, which most often leads to scrambling defenses. Lack of blocking out isn’t always the culprit. Mac,Malik, and Ware are constantly out of position, and losing contact with their man. They can’t seem to grasp the concept of “ball-man” coverage.
Format was great. Without being a basketball player, I don’t understand what is possibly being related in film sessions with players. Like do they not pull this up and intuitively know how they can be better at communicating on the floor? Do they just not care at this point? Or do our coaches not even see this stuff? It’s so simple when you lay it out
I like the format - green screens take some practice, but I thought you did well

I could only take 8-10 examples!🙄

Great work Tony, really enjoyed the break down. Just hard to understand why the coaches aren't getting this team better.
